Industries We Serve · Southern California

Every industry has its own version of the call nobody wants.

A contracting officer asking for a SPRS score you can’t defend. A letter from OCR that starts with a breach you didn’t know had happened. A bar complaint over a confidentiality lapse you didn’t see coming. A general contractor asking for proof of cyber coverage before you can even bid. However it arrives, the pattern holds: the businesses already in the news are never the ones who called first.

How It Works

One engagement.
Every layer
your industry needs.

Every industry on this page assembles its technology differently, but the pattern of getting it wrong is the same: one vendor for support, another for security, another for compliance, and no one accountable when they don’t talk to each other. Intelecis builds a single stack instead, matched to your regulation, your frameworks, and your risk.

Phase 01

Technology & Security Assessment

We map what you actually have: network, endpoints, cloud tenants, backups, cameras, and the regulatory obligations attached to your industry, your contracts, and your data. Before anything is proposed, the current state is documented and the real gaps are named.

Phase 02

Prioritized Roadmap

Not everything is urgent, and pretending otherwise is how budgets get wasted. We separate what threatens the business this quarter, an unpatched perimeter, an untested backup, a compliance deadline, a blind spot on the loading dock, from what can be scheduled. You get a sequence, a cost, and a reason for each.

Phase 03

Implementation & Migration

We deploy alongside your team, not around it: infrastructure, security controls, cloud migration, camera installation, and every documentation deliverable your framework requires. Work is staged so operations keep running.

Phase 04

Ongoing Management & Continuous Improvement

Monitoring, patching, help desk, threat detection, camera health checks, and compliance posture, maintained continuously by the same team that built it. Quarterly reviews keep the roadmap honest as your business and your regulators change.

Why Intelecis

Built around security.
Not bolted onto it.

Most managed service providers are IT companies that added security and compliance to the menu once clients started asking for them. Intelecis built its practice on classified military intelligence experience, and has delivered the full stack to regulated Southern California businesses since 2010.

Military Security Foundation

NSA-accredited for Cyber Incident Response Assistance, one of the only firms in Southern California holding this credential. Our security practice was built on classified military intelligence experience, not commercial IT support adapted for security work.

The Whole Stack, One Owner

Support, security, compliance, cloud, network, backup, and video surveillance, delivered by one team under one agreement. No three-way calls between your MSP, your security vendor, and your camera installer while an incident is still open.

One Consultant, Start to Finish

No ticketing black holes. No rotating junior staff. No re-explaining your business to a new person every quarter. A dedicated Intelecis consultant knows your environment, your contracts, and your regulators, and stays with you.

We Close Gaps, Not Just Name Them

A report you have to act on yourself is homework. Intelecis implements: technical controls, policy documentation, training, camera deployment, evidence collection. When the assessor, the auditor, or the attacker arrives, there is nothing left to find.

Physical Security, Finally Connected

Cameras have historically lived outside IT: a separate vendor, a separate contract, an on-prem recorder nobody patches. Intelecis AI-powered security cameras are cloud-managed and AI-driven, deployed and monitored by the same team that runs your network.

An Industry Specialist, Not a Generalist

We built our practice around regulated industries first. Compliance is not a service we bolted onto a generic MSP menu, it is the foundation everything else sits on.

Common Questions

Answered
plainly.

Clear answers about how Intelecis works across industries, who qualifies, and what happens if yours is not listed yet.

Which industries does Intelecis actually serve?

Manufacturing and DoD contractors are live today, with a dedicated CMMC and NIST 800-171 program. Healthcare, law firms, accounting and CPA firms, engineering, finance, construction, hospitality, and education are all in active development, and we are already taking on clients in each of them. If your business carries a compliance framework, a contractual security requirement, or a client confidentiality duty, you likely qualify even if your specific page is not published yet.

My industry is not federally regulated, so I do not need this, right?

That is the most common misconception we hear. Plenty of businesses without a federal statute hanging over them are still bound by contract, by bonding requirements, or by their own cyber insurance policy. A general contractor with no federal mandate can still lose a bid or void coverage for failing a client’s security requirement. The source of the obligation changes by industry. The exposure does not.

What happens if we are found non-compliant?

It depends on the framework. HIPAA penalties can reach $2,190,294 per year for a single violation category under 45 CFR 160.404. The FTC Safeguards Rule under GLBA can reach up to $100,000 per violation for the institution, with personal liability for officers and directors. A failed CMMC assessment can mean a lost contract. The number and the authority change by industry. The underlying risk, losing the client, the contract, or the license, does not.

How long does it take to reach a defensible position?

It depends on the framework and where you are starting from, but most clients reach a defensible position in a matter of months, not weeks. Remediation, documentation, and evidence all take real work. The important part is starting before an examination, a deadline, or a contract renewal forces the timeline on you.

My industry is not listed yet. Can you still help?

Likely, yes. Use the form below, tell us about the framework, the regulation, or the contractual requirement you are working with, and we will give you a straight answer about whether we are the right fit.

Do the AI-powered security cameras work for our industry too?

Yes. The camera platform is cloud-managed and AI-driven, with retention configurable to meet HIPAA, CMMC, and other industry standards. It scales from 25 cameras at a single site to 5,000 across a multi-location footprint, and is deployed and monitored by the same team that runs your network and your compliance documentation, regardless of which industry page brought you here.
