During This Must-Attend Executive Briefing You’ll Discover:
  • The scary risks of mobile and cloud computing – and 7 critical policies, procedures and protections EVERY business must have in place NOW to protect themselves; overlook even one and you’re exposing yourself to security breaches, damaging and expensive litigation, employment lawsuits and having confidential company information exposed to competitors, hackers and cybercriminals.
  • The #1 security threat to your business that antivirus, firewalls and other security protocols are defenseless against.
  • A SHOCKING truth about bank fraud that most businesses don’t know about that could (literally) wipe out your bank account.
  • Why firewalls and antivirus software give you a false sense of security – and what it REALLY takes to protect your organization against new threats and today’s sophisticated cybercrime rings.

Who Should Attend?

C-Level executives, managers, attorneys and/or accountants who are concerned about: lost or stolen devices, privacy of confidential information, employment litigation introduced when employees use personal devices to access company data, and State and Federal laws that carry heavy fines for lost or stolen data. This is of particular importance for those organizations that handle ANY sensitive data such as credit card and financial information, medical records (or serve clients who have medical records), legal documents protected under the attorney-client privilege or who simply want to avoid having their bank account wiped out due to a cyber-attack.

    About Frans

Frans is frequently invited to speak and share his expertise on Cybersecurity to large groups of professionals in the escrow, healthcare insurance and financial services industries. Frans was recently quoted in Forbes magazine’s November 2015 print issue, called Top Entrepreneur.

And in December 2015, CNBC published a feature story on him.

He recently completed writing his first book called, “The Secrets To Hassle Free I.T. Support – Everything Your I.T. Guys Never Told You and What You Can Do About IT”. It is available in paperback on Amazon.

His second work of writing is already underway and set to be released in September. He is a co-author with several entrepreneurs, including Sir Richard Branson and in collaboration with Virgin Media, titled, “Performance 360: Success”. This book will be available in hardcover on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

Frans deeply believes that with every little bit of success comes a calling for stewardship. So with the initial inspiration and support of his wife Jenny, he recently launched We Care America, a group of volunteers raising funds, awareness and creating “ready to go” packages for America’s homeless. Frans loves involving his two young sons in the creation and distribution of these packages so that they become aware of how blessed and fortunate they are. The Trisnadi family usually keeps their cars stocked with We Care America Packages. He believes that with the help of corporate sponsors, generous donations by fellow Americans, and volunteers, We Care America has the potential to impact the homeless across the country.

    About James

James is the CyberSecurity Compliance Officer for Intelecis. His main role is to ensure both current and prospective Intelecis clients are compliant with CyberSecurity requirements presented to them in their respective industries, such as the insurance, accounting, financial, medical, legal and clean energy industries.  He also manages and develops business relationships with existing and prospective clients through marketing campaigns.

James worked in-house as a Legal Consultant at an internationally-recognized semiconductor company, where he was in charge of organizing and managing document productions for high-profile patent infringement cases involving the world’s top technology companies. James found that with an organized and strategic approach to a company’s Information Governance, he could efficiently manage and prepare archived emails, important company documents and files requested by outside counsel in a fast and well-organized manner in anticipation of litigation. He was involved in implementing Litigation Holds on company data and documents imposed by outside counsel preparing for future litigation on multiple cases. James learned that working closely with a proficient and competent Managed IT Service Provider made his job much easier when the IT team implemented the appropriate technology and processes to cull company data and information in an easy-to-use and effective manner.

James has previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at California School of Law. He holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from Western State College of Law in Irvine, CA and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
